Most Anticipated Studio Albums Coming In 2022

There’s so many artist to watch out for in 2022. Some of them that grab our attention the most is featured in the list below.

15. Jack White. Third Man. New album scheduled to be released: Q2 and Q3 of 2022.

The singer/songwriter will release two album next year: Fear of the Dawn on April 8th, and Entering Heaven Alive on July 22nd.

14. Arctic Monkeys. Domino. New album projected to be released: Q2 of 2022.

According to an interview with drummer Matt Helders, the record is “pretty much” ready and the band are eyeing a 2022 release. It is most likely to be released before their summer tour.

13. Korn. Loma Vista. New album scheduled to be released: Q1 of 2022.

The band will released their fourteenth studio album Requiem on Febuary 4th.

12. Weezer. Atlantic/ Crush. New album projected to be released: Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2022.

The band will release a whooping number of albums next year. Currently under working-title Seasons, the band will release one album for each season, which means one in every three months.

11. Ozzy Osbourne. Epic. New album projected to be released: Q2 of 2022.

The Prince of Darkness will release an album next year which will feature Zakk Wylde, Tony Iommi, Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton.

10. Liam Gallagher. Warner Bros. New album scheduled to be released: Q2 of 2022.

The third solo record by Oasis mastermind titled C’mon You Know will be released on May 27th.

9. Rammstein. Universal. New album projected to be released: Q1 of 2022.

The band reportedly has shot a video for the first single in Austria and ready to release an album early next year. It will be the first album since their successful self-titled comeback album in 2019, their first in about a decade.

8. Muse. Warner Bros./ Helium-3. New album projected to be released: Q3 of 2022.

There are news circulating about the band going to release new album, and it is very likely to drop later next year. Just a flashback, the band’s latest release Simulation Theory in 2018 produced so many great songs and satisfying 80’s elements in their music videos.

7. Avril Lavigne. DTA/ Elektra. New album projected to be released: Q2 of 2022.

After signing an new record deal with Travis Barker’s DTA Records, Avril will be back with full studio album next year, and based on the first taste of it ‘Bite Me’, fans are so happy the singer is revisiting her old style ‘punk girl’.

6. Queens of the Stone Age. Matador. New album projected to be released: Q3 of 2022.

The new album that heavily rumored to come in fall this year is nowhere to be seen, so a new projection is placed on the same period next year.

5. Paramore. Fueled by Ramen. New album projected to be released: Q2 of 2022.

After done with experimentation with solo records (which actually works), Hayley Williams are stated so ready to bring back Paramore, which will happen next year.

4. Slipknot. Roadrunner. New album projected to be released: Q2 of 2022.

After the success of their latest ‘We Are Not Your Kind’ in 2019 that features some of their heaviest songs to date (the album topped the charts both in US and UK), the gang is charged to release a new album soon enough. Based on the first taste ‘The Chapeltown Rag’, and if they are using a similar pattern to tease fans – anthemic ‘All Out Life’ released in the same time frame as with ‘The Chapeltown Rag’ released – then another banger album is on the way for sure! So the plan is to mix the new album in January and to release it two to three months later. We’ll see!

3. Avenged Sevenfold. Capitol. New album projected to be released: Q3 of 2022.

After a surprise-release of the 2016 record ‘The Stage’ to a critical acclaim (hehe..), this time the band are working on a new album, which should be out by late next year.

2. Ghost. Loma Vista. New album projected to be released: Q1 of 2022.

With the band successfully maintaining their fresh and unique sound and appearance over time, fans are so pumped for their new album which expected to drop by early next year, and will feature the newly appointed Papa Emeritus IV.

1. Red Hot Chili Peppers. Warner Bros. New album projected to be released: Q3 of 2022.

With John Frusciante back to the game and recording new album together (sorry to see Josh out), the Chili wins our attention for the most anticipated record next year. May they successfully deliver this time and brings us fly again!
